I am a mother of four and a grandmother of four beautiful and loved children.

I worked as a corporate trainer for many years, but one day I decided to follow my passion for supporting families and became a doula. Nowadays I am also a childbirth educator, a sleep instructor, and sleep consultant.

My mission is to educate in a non-judgmental way, and evidence-based approach. I value compassion, integrity, empathy, equality, responsibility, and respect.

I love my family more than anything in the world and I enjoy books, nature, aromatherapy, the ocean, studying, prayers, playing on the floor with my grandchildren, and long conversations with my mom.
