Prenatal Consults: With our prenatal appointments, we will discuss your birth preferences, pain management options, newborn care, and postpartum plans. We aim to provide you with the necessary information and clarity to make informed decisions.
Continuous Phone/WhatsApp Support: We offer ongoing support through phone and WhatsApp communication. Our doulas will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have, providing guidance and reassurance up to 6 weeks after your baby is born.
Labour & Birth Support: From the moment you reach out to us, we will be there to assist you during labor and birth. Our doulas will offer continuous support throughout the process, ensuring your comfort and confidence.
Postpartum Visit: Following the birth of your baby, we will visit you to provide postpartum support. Our doulas can assist with baby care, feeding, and provide information about adjusting to your new role as a parent. We are also available to help with light household tasks, easing your transition into the postpartum period.

Childcare for you to thrive during this precious time of adjustment and bonding.
- Feeding (bringing the baby to mom for breastfeeding, preparing bottles, and helping with latching on or pumping if needed)
