I'm a certified birth doula with DONA and a prenatal yoga instructor since 2015. My journey in supporting families during childbirth began when I completed a full-time internship at the Scarborough Health Network in 2016. It was a groundbreaking program, being the first formal, non-volunteer-based doula initiative at an Ontario hospital.
In 2018, I had the privilege of joining the mentorship program called Awakening the Village at the Centre for Growing Families.
This hands-on experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge and skills in supporting laboring individuals.
Additionally, I engaged in a full-year mentorship at Transitionings™ in Hamilton and Toronto, where I trained as a HypnoBirthing practitioner using the Mongan Method.
Expanding my expertise as a postpartum doula, I've become a resourceful prenatal educator, a passionate breastfeeding supporter, and a specialist in newborn care for the first six weeks.
Since 2017, I have also been working at midwifery clinics in Toronto, serving as a Spanish interpreter and fulfilling administrative roles.
Raising my children in Argentina, I'm also fluent in Spanish, allowing me to connect with and support Spanish-speaking families on their unique childbirth journeys.
I am truly dedicated to providing compassionate care, informed guidance, and empowering support to expectant parents.
Join me as we navigate the transformative experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and the early postpartum period, ensuring that each family feels empowered, nurtured, and supported along the way.
